||Carlson Hughes Associates launched as a recruitment to recruitment consultancy in January 2003, covering all levels and disciplines within the industry.
Due to the rigorous nature of our interview/registration process, we initially aimed our geographical coverage to London and the Home Counties. However within the first 3 months we attracted clients and candidates from various parts of the UK, enabling us to develop flexible methods to sustain our process and support a wider region.
Carlson Hughes Associates has been set up by experienced industry personnel.
The business is co-owned by an individual that has over 25 year's recruitment experience and who was instrumental in the development and successful growth of one of the UK's largest Commercial agencies. She then developed a joint venture with the above agency to launch a national specialist Telebusiness Consultancy which grew to a £5 million turnover business.
The other Co-Director involved within Carlson Hughes is the Operations Director who has over 10 year's experience of the recruitment industry. He helped develop the above Telebusiness Consultancy into one of the leading specialists in the UK. His experience covers temporary, permanent and executive level placements within the Commercial, Telebusiness and Recruitment to Recruitment industries.
The Executive Manager of Carlson Hughes Associates has over 8 years of combined industry knowledge. Her experience covers Temporary, Permanent and Executive level placements within the Commercial, Accountancy, Recruitment to Recruitment, Media and Telebusiness sectors.
We believe the key to our future success is the quality of our candidate base, to ensure we attract and retain the right people. We undertake a rigorous assessment by telephone, which covers in-depth, their career history, capabilities and skills, their aspirations for the future and the culture they best fit. Two verbal references are taken (where possible) and Psychometric Assessments can be carried out at clients' request (at an extra cost).
