The role
They are currently seeking a commercial recruitment consultant to work in their established office in Upminster. You will be tasked with the full recruitment consultant duties including business development and sales and also sourcing and interviewing candidates and making placements. You will also be required to arrange and attend client meetings and negotiate with clients.
Your remit will be to place office support, secretarial, administrative and call centre staff within the (large) geographic area you will work in. You will work to targets and you will take responsibility to ensure that you achieve these
Person Specification
- Ideally, previous recruitment experience within the commercial sector
- Strong sales ability
- Strong account management skills
- Motivation & drive to succeed
- Able to take responsibility for targets
- Supportive to fellow staff members with the ability to work in a team
