Due to expansion, we are delighted to advise you of an opportunity to join a very well known brand within Commercial/Office Support recruitment. This is a current opportunity to work as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant dealing with clients across the Berkshire region, from the Bracknell office
The Opportunity
This is an established office and there are plenty of warm client leads and indeed warm business for you but you will be tasked with setting up your own desk. The business as a whole is established for several years and has a number of other offices and you will also benefit from PSL accounts. This is a key role within this branch and you would have the benefit of working across a wide region. Your remit will be to be hands on and actively develop your desk whilst working alongside the temps division.
Your background
- You will ideally have previous recruitment experience within recruitment and you will understand the full 360 recruitment cycle.
- You will be a sales professional and comfortable working to targets
- You will be able to grow and manage a client base
- You will have experience working within the permanents sector
