Our client is a leading player in the Nursing, health and social care staffing market. As a business they are expanding rapidly and they have won multi-million pound managed services contracts and continued their growth by strengthening their overall market position.
The Opportunity
They are currently seeking a Team Leader for their Medical/Care divisions based in their London office. The Team Leader role will involve, managing and mentorng a team of consultants, working within the Doctor’s division and reporting to the head of the division. You will also be responsible for generating income yourself, in this very busy division. The company is well known and has lots of clients but the role will involve the full cycle, including sales.
The ideal Team Leader will have ANY previous medical or care recruitment experience OR the client is also open to recruitment team leaders or senior consultants with other recruitment experience outside of care or medical, as long as individuals have performed the full recruitment cycle, are excellent communicators, well organised and able to work to targets, deliver results and have managed a team of people previously. You will be conducting the full recruitment cycle and therefore must be comfortable with sales and business development; although they are a well known brand and their clients and candidates are aware of who they are so roles are naturally phoned in also.
