The Opportunity
They are currently seeking Recruitment Consultants for their Qualified Social Work division based in their Manchester office. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operation of running a busy desk, including the placement of meeical/care staff within their designated division.
The ideal recruitment consultant will have ANY previous medical or care recruitment experience OR the client is also open to recruitment consultants with other recruitment experience outside of care or medical, as long as individuals have performed the full recruitment cycle, are excellent communicators, well organised and able to work to targets and deliver results. You will be conducting the full recruitment cycle and therefore must be comfortable with sales and business development; although they are a well known brand and their clients and candidates are aware of who they are so roles are naturally phoned in also.
You must have a stable and solid work history.
