Our client is an independent niche recruiter within the technical, facilities management and construction sectors. They have 3 offices and have a £ multi million turnover. They have been established for several years and have a solid reputation amongst their clients and candidates.
The opportunity
They are currently looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to work within their Technical division. The team places people in a range of vacancies such as technical, engineering, rail, facilities management, engineering, etc. This division recruits on a contingency basis, not on retained assignments.
It would be great if the successful applicant knew the market but this not essential, individuals can come from another sector of recruitment as long as they have an interest in the sector and they are a sales focused individual.
The role will be based in their City office.
Your background
We are seeking people who have experience of the full recruitment cycle and the ideal scenario is that you have experience from FM/Construction/Technical recruitment sector but candidates with experience in other recruitment sectors and an interest in the Facilities Management/Construction/Technical sector will also be considered. You will need to have some gravitas and be used to meeting with candidates in your previous role as this role is not just about matching skills without meeting your candidates
