This niche recruitment consultancy focuses exclusively on the purchasing and supply chain sector. Their brand has become firmly recognised within their target market and they have continued to build relationships with some of the country’s leading and best known employers. The consultancy is an owner managed independent organisation which means they can take an individual approach to each member of their staff allowing autonomy and flexibility for each desk as opposed to a strict “one size fits all” policy.
As a result of steady expansion they now require additional consultants to cover the client base in London and the South East. You will be tasked with liaising with existing clients and developing new business both over the telephone and in face to face meetings. You will also be responsible for maintaining contact with the existing candidate base and for registering and advising new candidates with reference to current vacancies and market conditions.
This role would suit a candidate with a good foundation within a general/ mainstream recruitment market and a desire to progress into working within a specialised and less saturated market sector.
