Salary  up to £35k
Bonus   + OTE £50k + excellent benefits

Our client is a leading player in the Nursing, health and social care staffing market. As a business they are expanding rapidly and they have won multi-million pound managed services contracts and continued their growth by strengthening their overall market position.

 

The Opportunity

They currently have an opportunity for a maternity cover position for a Business Manager within their psychiatry division in their Hertfordshire head office.  They are looking for someone for around 9 months for this position and ideally someone that can start as soon as possible so that the current manager can provide a good handover.

 

The ideal recruitment consultant/branch manager's will have ANY previous managerial experience within medical or care recruitment OR the client is also open to Managers who have experience in other recruitment sectors outside of care or medical. The successful recruitment manager must have excellent communications skillss, be well organised and able to work to targets and deliver results. You will be most probably hands and and will lead by example and will help conduct the full recruitment cycle and therefore must be comfortable with sales and business development; although they are a well known brand and their clients and candidates are aware of who they are so roles are naturally phoned in also.

 

You must have a stable and solid work history.
