About the Role

We are now looking to recruit an Account Manager to be based within the Client Services team in London. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining existing and prospective client relationships. To achieve the highest level of service, this position will also include a high volume of administration on top of handling incoming calls from customers. Typical calls will involve client queries, complaint handling, advising clients accordingly and recommending services to them.

It is important that you are a team player as you will work in a team and you will also have to liaise with various other teams/departments in the business in order to obtain information from them so that you can conduct your duties properly. 

Requirements for the role

• Team Player and good communicator
• Previous work experience in a telephone based customer service environment
• Positive attitude
• Self motivated
• Good organiser
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use computer systems 

This role would suit someone who has experience within customer service or account management, perhaps within a call or contact centre environment. Long term opportunities exist for people who wish to pursue a long term career within Account Management – there will also be opportunities to progress and move into Key Account Management or Senior Account Management roles later down the line.
