Based in the City of London our client is part of a US NASDAQ listed company with a turnover in excess of $8 billion US dollars.
Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to lead a team of Telephone Sales/Field Sales Account Managers. The role will involve 50% telephone based selling (up-sell and cross-sell) and 50% managing the other field members of the team whom are based around England. You will be focused on driving the team to exceed targets to maximise revenue across all of the company’s products both print and online.
Candidate Requirements

Have experience of managing a team of Telephone Account Manager and Field based sales team

Be able to build strong business relationships

Be able to coach/develop the team as well as generate revenue

Good commercial awareness

Excellent communications

Sell complex products

Must have experience of selling online services, solutions and print products

Legal sector experience would be an advantage
