Position  Recruitment Consultant – White Collar Construction (Freelance)
Location  Harrow, Middlesex
Salary  to £27k per annum
Bonus  OTE £Unlimited
Start Date  ASAP

The Company

Our client is a specialist in recruiting qualified personnel for the Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E Sectors in the UK, Ireland, and the UAE. They have been established for over 30 years and they are a solid and stable business.

 

They are currently looking for an ambitious individual for a freelance construction desk, all white collar, placing Site Engineers, Site Managers, etc The office already had a permanent division that is doing well and they want to replicate this success on the freelance/contract desk.

 

The Role

You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle, including sales and business development

You will leverage off the existing relationships in place in the permanent division

You will in time build a team of consultants around you and therefore the opportunity of progression is available

 

We are only seeking individuals who have experience of the full recruitment cycle and who have worked within the freelance white collar construction sector.

 

The Reward

In return our client will pay a market leading salary depending on experience and previous recruitment knowledge. A commission structure, which is paid monthly, is in place which makes you’re earning potential unlimited.

 

Our client can also provide excellent opportunities for progression which can include overseas opportunities.
