Our client is a very unique recruitment business that specializes within Marketing, Advertising, PR, Events and Communications. They are based in the heart of London and have a very good reputation amongst their clients, who are all leading names within the Entertainment, Telco/Mobile, FMCG, Technology, Luxury Goods and Broadcasting sectors. They are on track to see a 15% to 20% growth in the financial year to April 10 and they saw a 35% increase last year. Because of the way in which they work, they have been selected as preferred supplier to many blue chip branded clients and their aim is to be one of the top marketing/communications recruitment consultancies within the next 3 years.
They are committed to making work life balance a reality for their partners so there is scope to work flexibly and less than five days a week and you would be on a basic of £25k for this. Consultants can work from home as well as at their conveniently located West End offices. They have clear leadership and training to help you maximize your success and earning opportunity. Alternatively you can work 5 days per week in the office and earn a basic salary of £31,250 + commission.
Your background
They are now looking to hire Consultants in 3 main areas:-

Someone to run their graduate recruitment offering – 10% of their fee income comes already from their work experience to perm and graduate programme so they want to ramp this up – graduate for their marketing and media/pr/events and sports sponsorship client base

Digital recruitment – someone who has experience in this area or who is moving from digital marketing into recruitment for the first time

Marketing – someone who has worked in marketing recruitment before OR who has worked inside professional services in a marketing capacity or brand marketing who wants a career change
You will be motivated by uncapped earning opportunities and personally driven by a hunger for success. As a limited liability partnership they share their success and profits and you can take home over 50% of your annual fee income.
They are seeking individuals who have recruitment experience in any discipline. Experience in the above sectors would be ideal but it is not a pre-requisite, having recruitment experience is. You would be comfortable working within a flat structure and you will be self motivated and will take responsibility for what you have to achieve/agreed targets.
The opportunity to earn in the business is excellent and fee earners are genuinely earning between £70k and £100k and indeed there is the case of one individual who generated £230k and earned £140k and they only joined 20 months prior.
