The Opportunity

• You will be managing the needs of your clients and candidates, utilizing your excellent relationship, recruitment , customer services and business development skills in an all round consultative position
• Working closely with current and new clients and candidates and focusing on either the Primary or Secondary Education sector
• Operating from a very prosperous office, servicing and generating the needs from educational establishments across a very large and prosperous borough council
• Reward for your efforts is on both monthly and term time scales, with an emphasis on quality, and not just bottom line figures.
• Our client is flexible on the industry and sector exposure that you will have had in your recruitment career to date.

We are seeking individuals who have experience within recruitment; your sector background can be outside of education but you must have conducted the full recruitment cycle including business development and sales.
