The opportunity
They are currently seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to manage and run their Chester operation. You will be tasked with managing the office, including a team of consultants and you will remain hands on and actively develop new business. You will also meet with clients and present the services of the business to them. You will also be tasked with working to branch targets and you will report information to Regional Managers and Directors. You will also be responsible for identifying training and development needs of your staff.
Your background
We are seeking an experienced individual with the experience in the domiciliary sector You will be experienced with the full recruitment cycle and will have knowledge ideally of all compliance issues within the healthcare sector. You will possess excellent communication skills and will be committed to providing the highest standard of service delivery.
