They are currently seeking an experienced managing consultant who ideally has a background in marketing recruitment to lead and manage a team of 2/3 people initially with the remit to grow the team. The business has been established for around 27 years and is known as one of the most reputable recruitment businesses within London.

The role

The opportunities are within their very successful Marketing recruitment division. The business is very successful at placing all levels of candidates in to the various sectors including (marketing into) financial services, media and professional services. You will benefit from reporting in to an experienced Director who will support and help you remain successful. You will be hands on and will lead by example, placing individuals at all levels within the marketing sector. The role will involve sales and business development, managing accounts and sourcing and interviewing candidates to present to your clients. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, conducting appraisals and performance reviews.

The person

We are seeking individuals who ideally have experience within the marketing recruitment sector and you may have unofficially been responsible for mentoring consultants or you may be in a management role already. You will be a seasoned recruiter who has the ability to converse with clients and candidates at all levels and you will have knowledge and experience of conducting the full recruitment cycle. Strong recruiters from other professional services sectors will also be considered as long as they do have some management/mentoring experience.
