They are currently seeking an experienced recruiter to work on a warm desk placing finance/accountancy professionals in to the legal sector. The business has been established for around 27 years and is known as one of the most reputable finance/accountancy recruitment businesses within London.
The role
The opportunities are within their very successful Finance in to Legal recruitment division, which is established and therefore warm The business is very successful at placing all levels of candidates in to this sector and you will benefit from working alongside a team of experienced individuals who will support and help you. The role will involve sales and business development, managing accounts and sourcing and interviewing candidates to present to your clients, as well as attending client meetings.
The person
We are seeking individuals that have recruitment experience in either the legal or finance/accountancy recruitment sector and who will be experienced enough to take over a warm desk. You will have clients and candidates immediately and therefore you will need to be able to talk knowledgeably with them. This individual will also be comfortable conducting the full recruitment cycle, including sales and business development.
